The opportunity has arisen to become a Concession Manager with this Leading Ladies Fashion Accessories Brand in Chelmsford! This company have been making women look gorgeous for the past 70 years and retail across more then 60 locations across the UK.
To be successful in your application you must be able to:
- Meet sales and cost budgets
- Recruit, develop and retain a highly motivated team
- Motivate staff and deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Meet operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards
- People/Time Management
Experience Needed
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience at Manager or Supervisor level within the fashion industry. You will be passionate about offering excellent customer service and about achieving targets. A love for shoes and handbags would be a bonus also
